In 2025, our company supplied two sets of G680JF-245/W220S, one set of G800JF-360/W240T, and six gear reducersto an Indian metal processing plant as part of their production line upgrade.
The client had long struggled with key operational pain points:

The G680JF-245/W220S model features optimized gear profiles for smoother transmission and extended gear life.
The G800JF-360/W240T model was reinforced for heavy-duty applications with dual oil seals and upgraded bearings.
All six reducers passed dynamic balance and 72-hour load endurance testing, ensuring reliable long-term performance.
After installation, the client reported 15% improvement in transmission precision and a maintenance interval extended from quarterly to annually, significantly reducing operational costs.
