Chuck Safety Usage Instructions

Before daily operation, check that the chuck's fastening screws are tight and that the chuck's opening size matches the workpiece; check that the air supply pressure is normal, and use clean, stable compressed air, controlling the air pressure between 0.4MPa and 1MPa. Do not exceed this range; using air hoses with a pressure rating greater than 1.6MPa will affect performance and increase safety hazards. During use, the chuck's guide rails should be lubricated and maintained, strictly following the lubrication point instructions. Cleaning and maintenance should be performed every shift. When the chuck is not used for extended periods, keep it in an unloaded state as much as possible. For the electrical control section, pay attention to the solenoid valve voltage; this chuck is configured with DC 24V. When the workpiece size is close to the chuck's limit size, do not operate the chuck at its maximum rated speed; reduce the speed appropriately. Do not allow the chuck to operate at overspeed. Do not turn off the air supply or press the release button while the chuck is running. Close the machine tool protective cover when operating at high speed. Turn off the power and air supply when installing and removing the chuck.
