1. Description
Our product is specially designed for laser pipe cutting units. The product can be used as an independent rotating spindle with a chuck which can clamp a work-piece tightly and rotate at the same time in the middle. Rotating air intake is achieved by rear-mounted gyrator so as to achieve fast-clamping and loosening actions. The air source is continuously supplied when the chuck is working.
The clamping force of the product is very large and stable. It is also convenient to adjust the jaws. The efficiency and rigidity is much more higher than the long clamping jaws, and the precision can be maintained for a long time. It is impossible to appear the blending deformation of the clamping jaws affects the rotary precision.
Under the maximum claming force, it will not cause the phenomenon that the long clamping jaws horn, thereforce the length of the clamping jaws is designed to be short. In addition, the structure of the chuck is very simple and light in weight.
