Automatic Pneumatic Chuck With High Speed For Laser Tube Cutting Machine

 1. Descripition

 

Our laser chuck is mainly designed for laser tube cutting machine. Laser chuck is used for clamping and feeding tubes when cutting tube. It can clamp not only round tubes, but also rectangular tube, L-shap tube, H-shape tube and so on.
 

Our chuck is gear and rack structure the compared with other chucks, the bearing is much bigger than others'. The its thickness is also thinner than others', so it has lower noise when rotating. The base bracket is integrated with motor base, and it has good ability of dustproof. It also cause large bearing capacity and good stability when rotating. 


Our chuck realize quick clamping and loosening by rotating air intake from the side, disconnet the air source before working.

This type of chuck is widely used in special-purpose laser tube cutting machine and other pipe processing machine tool sysytem.
