 1. Descripition
 
 Our laser chuck is specially designed for laser pipe cutting machine. This chuck is mainly used to clamp round tubes with different sizes. Its clamping range is Φ0-220mm and central height is 350mm. It can meet can meet normal pipe cutting needs.
 

 The chuck outputs by using a cylinder directly, the mechanical efficiency is high, the energy loss is small, the output clamping force is large, and the clamping force is stable. Because the cylinder is used to clamp the work-piece directly, the working range is wide. The cylinder is used for outputting directly, the output force and the air pressure are in linear proportion, which makes it easy to achieve software control.


 This laser chuck has a simple structure, few components, light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small moment of inertia and low energy consumption. The axial dimension of the chuck is small, and the cost for realizing the zero tailings si lower. At the same time, it also saves the cost of production. This laser chuck is widely used in tube-sheet itegrated machines, like model 3105.
