1. Description

 

Our chuck is specially designed for laser pipe cutting machine. The product itself can be used as an independent spindle with a chuck in the middle which can firmly clamp the work-piece and rotate at the same time.

 

There’s two independent cylinders, one-way valve and check valve and it also has long-term pressure holding function( over 8 hours) inside. The quick clamping and loosening actions can be achieved through the side rotation of air inlet, and disconnect the air source to start the work.

 

The structure of the chuck is stable and it can bear large radial force, axial force and overturning force. It has smooth rotation, high accuracy and low noise. Moreover,it has light weight and small rotational inertia, the cutting efficiency can be greatly improved and it also saves energy.
